Sweet little Brady was great for his baby milestones session at 9 months old. Although he was a little skeptical of me as his baby milestones photographer, he was so cute that it would have been impossible to not get good photos. And look at that little curl on top of his head…to die for! His eyes are captivating, and his chunk is real! I can’t wait to see you again for your cake smash Brady!

A Baby Basics photo session is a mini session designed to capture the milestones in the baby’s 1st year of life. Brady’s 9 month old session was amazing! I was able to capture his cute smiles and baby chunk all in the comfort of his own home. It really helps to keep the baby in their own atmosphere where they feel comfortable, secure and are familiar with their surroundings.

As a baby milestones photographer, Fiona Johnson Photography does in-home baby photography session at around 3-4, 6-7 and 9-10 months old. It is such a great age full of baby chunk and rolls, toe grabbing, tiny personality, and accomplishment.

Fiona Johnson Photography offer a first year baby plan which includes 2 or more baby basics sessions as you choose, and a first year cake smash or portrait session. This is a 9 month old photo session. Reap the benefits of discount sessions and complimentary products as a member of the baby plan. Common baby basics sessions include a 3-4 month “tummy time” sessions, a 6-7 month “sitter sessions”, and 9-10 month “crawler session,” and a first year portrait or cake smash session. What a beautiful evening we had for this gorgeous family’s photo session. They all love the beach, so we figured Silver Sands park in Milford would be an ideal location for their session. As a ct family photographer, I am blessed to watch so many great families grow throughout the years. I first met this family when they had only big brother Andrew and were about to welcome in baby #2. I had the honor of photographing Harley’s birth, and it is a session I will remember forever. Now look at her….full of spunk and completely adorable! Since then they added that adorable little nugget named Leo. Each of these kids is full of life and has a great personality all of their own, which I think you can see through their photographs. I love meeting up with them for photo sessions, and can’t wait to see them again in the fall.

Ingrid +1 | Maternity Session New Haven, CT | Pregnancy Photographer CT

I met Ingrid and her beautiful family at Edgerton Park on the Hamden/New Haven line. As a pregnancy photographer ct, I get to meet so many gorgeous expecting moms, and Ingrid was no exception. Doesn’t she look amazing? We actually had to carefully time the session between threats of rain, but it worked out perfectly. I always love shooting at this park because it has many diverse areas to get a good variety of images. I love the stone steps to the gorgeous fountain, the old mansion, and of course, all the little areas with greenery and flowers. The whole park is enclosed in a beautiful stone wall. These guys are so excited to welcome the newest addition to their family. Best wishes on your newest adventure!

Baby Basics Photo Session | 8 Month Old Henry

I was so happy to see Henry again for his in-home baby basics photo session at 8 months old. I first met his beautiful Mom for her maternity session when little Henry was still cooking in her belly. He rocked his newborn session, and then I saw him again at 3 months. I just love seeing my little ones grow. I love hearing about how they are doing, how they are sleeping, what they are eating, and all the little details of their new lives. The first year of a baby’s life is so miraculous and full of growth. Baby basics photo sessions are one of my favorite types of sessions for exactly this reason. There are so many great milestones in a baby’s first year. The most common times for a baby basics photo session is 3-4 months, 6-8 months, 9-10 months, and we finish it off with a 1st birthday portrait session and cake smash. 3-4 months captures their smiles, their chub, and their emerging personality. 6-8 months is often referred to as a sitter session, as it is the first portraits of your baby sitting. 9-10 months will capture then on hands and knees, pushing up to crawl. And of course, the 1st birthday and cake smash captures the celebration of their first year and 1st birthday. It is often their first time having cake too!

Meet sweet Adeline. It has been almost 2 years since I met her for her in-home newborn photography session, and she has grown into such an adorable little toddler! I met this family at Twin Brooks Park in Trumbull for their family photography session. It was a beautiful spring day and the daffodils were starting to bloom. Mom and Dad brought their cowboy hats and boots to the session, and it made for some really adorable family photography.
