I am a minimalist CT newborn photographer. My style is simple. I light clean, simple newborn photography that is all about the baby.

I absolutely love newborn photography sessions. Why? Because I get my baby fix 🙂 But seriously, there is something so rewarding about handling these precious new lives and creating timeless works of art that your family will treasure forever. With years of experience specializing in newborn posing, I am confident that you will love each and every photograph from your session. The newborn phase is fleeting as they change and grow so rapidly. Those tiny newborn toes, the little curly fingers, the soft, squishy lips, all so fresh and new. But don’t blink; before you know it you will have a toddler!

As a CT newborn photographer, I have been in business since 2006. Although newborn photo sessions are ideally done within the first 2 weeks of the baby’s birth for a variety of reasons, I have had many amazing newborn sessions at “older” ages also. I absolutely love babies (I have had 4 of my own), and I handle them with the utmost care and safety. I have lots of tips and tricks up my sleeve for making these sessions successful, and I look forward to the challenge each and every time.

All newborn sessions are done on weekday mornings in the comfort of your own home. I pack my whole portable studio into my car, and I come to you! That’s right, you get stay in the comfort of your own home and avoid taking the baby out. I bring lots of props, hats, headbands and backdrops, and if you have something personal you would like to incorporate, I am more than happy to do so. Expect your newborn session to last 2-3 hours to allow for feeding, changing, and cuddling 🙂

Custom photography is an investment that will be valued throughout your lifetime and beyond.  Fiona accepts a limited number of newborn session bookings per month in order to ensure the highest quality attention and service to your newborn session. Payments plans available.

 

Signature Newborn Session – $325

A Signature Newborn Session is a full newborn session done in the comfort of your own home. Expect this session to last 2-3 hours to allow plenty of time for feeding, changing, soothing and of course, cuddling. This session may include sibling and parent shots. After your session, you will receive access to an online gallery with no less than 25 custom edited images for viewing and ordering. All prints, products and digital files are sold separately via collections or a la carte. There is a minimum order requirement of $350.

Petite Newborn Session – $175

The Petite Newborn Session is a 1 hour session done in the comfort of your home. This includes 1 backdrop setup only, and comes with an online gallery of 5-8 edited images. Perfect for those looking for a few photos for gifts or birth announcements. Minimum order requirement of $350.

 

Fresh 48 Hospital Session (add-On) – $175

You know your newborn session will be spectacular, but you also want to capture some of those sweet moments in the hospital when your baby is brand new. Add on a Fresh 48 Session and Fiona will come to the hospital during your stay and capture the details and first moments with your newborn.

• Fresh 48 Newborn Session may also be done as All inclusive
• May be done as stand-alone session for additional fee

 

Maternity Session (add-on) – $175

A maternity session may be added onto a Signature or Inclusive newborn session  for $175. This will be done at a location of your choice and is approximately an hour long. All prints, products and digital files are sold separately via collections or a la carte.

• Minimum order requirement of $350
•  May be done as a stand-alone session for additional fee

 

Belly to Baby Collection – $500

The Belly to Baby Collection includes a Maternity Session and a Signature Newborn Session  for $500. This includes a set of 25 custom birth announcements and 1 8×10 gift print from each session. There is a minimum order requirement for the maternity session is $250 and the newborn session is $350.
